Transformers! I live for the vast majority of Optimus ships, but the one I will be shipping in robot heaven is TFP OptiRatch. I am forever falling in love with how much Ratchet loves his Prime (he fucking says it outright in Predacons Rising and my heart exploded) and while Optimus is much less demonstrative, he's clearly known Ratchet for like... forever, and if I think back through the series, he's had more of his unguarded moments with Ratchet than anyone else. Also, fucking Jeffrey Combs' voice acting. I about combusted in Darkest Hour. MegOp is also a Very Good Ship. It's a real shame it's been contaminated in my mind my bad experiences with other shippers, because the drama and angst and passion in that ship is terribly exciting. :3 I am not usually a fan of enemy mine type ships, but for some reason I've really latched onto this one. It may be because, in the two continuities I saw first, they were friends first. And I am a sucker for friend ships. <333
People are like Han/Leia or Luke/Leia or those two dudes from Rogue One whose names I am blanking on because I am lame. But the true Star Wars OTP of all OTPs is Darman/Etain. What do you, Star Wars person who has not read the RepComm books, get out of this. The answer is tragedy. Horrible tragedy. But that is basically RepComm in a nutshell. It is lovely tragedy though. The love affair of a clone commando named Darman as some sort of sympathy filled irony and a jedi named Etain who has never felt at home in the Order. Together they do cute things, like have secret trysts on Coruscant and fill the other with a deep longing and envy for what the other has and die/watch the other die. Normal good couple things. Darman even has an overprotective dad who is also basically Etain's dad now because Kal Skirata adopts all mutts and weirdos for all that overprotective dad drama you could want. and she gives him force hugs and he is like yes my jedi i have a jedi she is my jedi AND IT ALL GOES TO FUCKING SHIT BECAUSE OF COURSE IT DOES. i just want a world where she was alive and everyone escaped and we all lived as one happy mando family that would go on hunts with our favorite douchy uncle that kal'buir violently detests vau
the bestest moment is in triple zero and everyone from clan skirata and also vau's boys are working together and etain is there and they're off on a hunt for separatist terrorists they don't actually care about the war in particular because in that moment it is just the thrill of the hunt and a family working together AND THERE ARE SHOUTS OF OYA MANDO'ADE AND I AM JUST SO SAD she was out there and darman too and the others doing mando things and she had her dumb laser sword and he had his precious precious deece
I don't watch much MLP but Snips and Snails are the cutest little things and need to cuddle adorably.

my favorite ship that has 0 content is dick grayson/kaldur'ahm/artemis. because dick and artemis have some amazing parallels as characters, and they have both been kaldur's right-hand ninja at one point or another, and also general/lieutenant(s) is a stellar ship dynamic.
