Going to release unassessed scents with big "only use in diffuser" warning and get buyers to vote on which one gets assessed for skin use next.
The moodboards you got so far look nice to me and for sure help with the working out what the thing will maybe smell like at a glance. For market research reasons I ust had a little browse on etsy and there are plenty of bottles with names that don't tell me the smell on a background which doesn't suggest the smell and I only clicked on them if the name really attention grabbed me. Also I just did a search on sweet perfume and for the uk filter Cola bottles was actually the very first result and cassy was on the second row. Though the difference in number of avilable smells between UK and gobal is staggering but if someoneone like me was looking to buy local Cassy really stood out. Can look and say yep that probably has some banana to it.
Oh! I think I mentioned before: Patreon has problems with people pledging and then changing to 1 dollar or dropping the pledge entirely. You might wanna set your patreon to charge immediately, and then at the beginning of the month. I don't know how to do it, but I know its possible to set it up that way.
Okay, I'll fiddle with that. I think doing some SCP Readings on YouTube would be a massive help with advertising but I'm self-conscious about my accent.
I wouldn't worry about it, a lot of creepypasta readers/youtubers have accents. If you're totally against it, though, I could do some reading for you (uncredited, though). Though my accent is likely way less fitting for horror readings.
Well, Americans do love British readers, I'm probably fine. My accent just sounds really ugly next to fellow Brits... I'll put up a reading and see how it goes.
the easiest bit would be for you to look up royalty free music to use for a bit of quiet soundscaping to give a bit more body to your readings? reinforce mood and so on. If you do have visuals with the readins you should also think about what kind and if they're stills or videos of you reading and if the latter how you want your set to look like, what your lighting situation should be, costuming, etc. editing depends hugely on what you want to actually achieve and which direction you want to go in with this.
Got another nice review ^_^ Interesting to see she hated One Groovy Room when that's my most popular blend. Glad she liked a few of the other ones.
I need snappy category names to divide the assessed-as-skin-safe ones from the prototype diffuser-safe ones. Help, please?
Okay, so in the next month I have to come up with things to use a reasonable percentage of the fifty free listings. Got one up already, working on others.
