Okay, carrier oil can clog up a humidifier so that's good - they're made for use with pure oils. If you get one of the ones with the little bowl shape in the top and the candle or bulb underneath, put a splash of water in the bowl shape and a few drops of the oil in the water and light it or turn it on. There are instructions online for making your own reed diffuser and it'd work in that too.

 

Should I change my username or delete discourse I already got involved in from my blog or what? I don't want a Roach incident, but since I'm not trying to make money off fanart that's more popular than anyone else's and I haven't pissed off any actual Nazis I don't think it'll be an issue?

 

Still working on the name. I sort of like MiscRule ("misrule") but nobody will be able to spell it >:(

I'm concerned that people will forget the C, or not know about it if the name is spoken aloud to them.

 

It's memorable to me, due in part to the play on words. And it flows well.

 

Okay, it's back on the list then. I thought it was good with the counterculture image I want. Guess I'd have to make sure to pronounce it with a hard C even though that's not how you say "miscellaneous"...

I say "mis" for "misc.", but dunno if that's the common/accepted way.

Lush doesn't have the word "misrule" trademarked, so I'd say go for it if you decide on that name.

 

Okay, I checked, and apparently most people do pronounce it "misk" whether that's strictly correct or not so it would work! Okay, it's my favourite so far. Going to go brainstorm some other ones for a shortlist. I don't wanna jump into a name again. Working on a better mission statement too, that'll help.

 

Since the name I came up with for it won't pass muster as a TVTrope but blue WLWs are an oddly specific thing which cropped up thrice in 2000s-10s pop culture, I'm totally making a blend called One-Eyed Blue Themed Badass Lady Pussy Eater. Censored on Etsy of course.

Not a problem! Thank you for your support, and I'll get that out soon. Might be a bit of a delay as I'm having the room I work in redecorated and all my stuff is jammed into another room so I'll have to dig around a bit, but the room'll be free tomorrow so I can move stuff back in and sort it.

 

Now three of the ingredients I use have stopped being made so I have to remake them >:( Lucky there are substitutes and changing one ingredient in the formula license is cheap, but still. Rage.

 

Still playing with the name. From the counterculture angle, I got Misrule, Firebrand, and Wavemaker. Insurrection is a really cool word but I don't think it works too well here. Picking some out from the aesthetics too.
