    and are the other quotes from lockwood and co.? (guessing 'cause of the ghosts and the general stroud trend, haven't actually read that series yet, haha)

    @unknownanonymous: I was not expecting to see another fan of Stroud's books here but yes

    (The bit with the cow though is actually Ovid)

    i suspected that cow bit was neither of the stroud things, but i wasn't sure. did ovid really capitalize "lovely"?

    Well, he was writing in latin but. The english version really depends on what translation you're using, hehe

    Oh, sorry my reply was vague! The capitalization was me by accident and I didn't notice until ya mentioned it

    What I meant to say was that he was writing in latin anyway but the english translations nonetheless tend to kinda be different
