the answer is: KIND OF. their junk is really small and actually male and female guinea pigs have some pretty ambiguous junk. i don't think you could actually circumsize one though, they're too smol. but they do seem to have something resembling a foreskin?

First, I would like to make it clear that I was not the one wanting to circumcise guinea pigs. Anyway! I actually have two male guinea pigs so I am unfortunately rather familiar with their junk (well, mostly their butts because boar cleanings. essentially they have awful stinky butt sacs that need to be cleaned out sometimes.) and yeah their junk is tiny and hard to figure out a whole lot about but yeah there's something foreskin-ish there, but it's not Exactly A Foreskin. (Apparently I'm drawn to pets with weird junk, because I also have ducks.)

Oh haha! I used to own some guinea pigs when i was younger, and we learned the hard way how to sex them. when one turned out to be a girl. and the other two males. /facepalms
