First talk with a person from Roche today. Went well i think! She seemed to like me, and we have another Video call scheduled for next week wednesday, so that i can meet some of her team, get a first feel for the group Which she prolly wouldn't have set up if she hadn't liked what i bring to the table
Talked to one of the local nurses, now that word is out about the state of things, and she was like 'don't feel bad, book it while you can'
hard fucking agree, that's basically the stat eof the nurses where i am shit's fucked, get the fuck out
Talked with the team of the position i'd work with at Roche today, aaaaah scary I hope it went well? Their boss wasn't there for it but I hope to be hearing from her soon again, see if we can arrange for things but man. Anxiety real.
(Sorry I completely dipped but I am down for destiny 2 lore and fic reading at most times if you want :3. (double parentheses but I'm also thinking about getting into destiny so I'm interested in like.... uhhh.... advice I guess lol))
update: been invited to visit the lab in person, we're just working on a date that fits now. this...may actually happen, holy shit.

got a talk with Roche HR person scheduled in about 5 minutes, for discussing 'conditions' so i think. i'm on the home stretch.
update: talked with HR. was informed of conditions (excellent. I'm looking at a yearly 51k, if one adds it all together, no nights/weekends/holidays, 30 vacay days. vacay and crimmus pay.). Was informed that this only had to be approved by the next stage up, and that HR would try and get me a written confirmation SOON so that I can resign from old job and get going. so I now have a pre-written Resignation at the ready. It's happening!
Resignation is in, new job contract is in the mail, i'm starting october 1st (well, technically october 4th, since it's a long weekend due to holiday) and i'm just. I feel so much better now that an end is in sight.
