he dresses like this and somehow manages to have arm hair despite trolls not growing body hair (its actually a pretty severe trollian fungus infection). also theres a hidden camera in every bathroom in the building

Hm, that's true for Saturn, but wouldn't a regular sprite work for Oily? Ray called him a twink, so physically he wouldn't be older than (human) mid-twenties at most.
