there's a 'two heroes' dungeon that comes around sometimes with cuchulain and siegfried, and i think he also shows up in the egg machines.
Student Council President Lucifer's part of a "back to school" event, along with Hera-Ur-Sempai (lol). It's a spring thing iirc, so it's probably coming back around soon. I'll probably even be able to defeat some of the dungeons now that I'm not a noob.

i've been working on all the characters i got from the bleach collab. i went a little overboard with that. :P
if you listen closely you can hear the sound of me (metaphorically, don't worry) beating my head against the wall because despite having some pretty awesome monsters, none of them make decent teams i have hit a roadblock and i hope the next godfest will help at least. until then i'm just going to sit here leveling a few gods until i can't level them anymore. ((also i fed at LEAST seven yagaterasu to Amaterasu Ohkami and only got ONE skill-up. : ( ))

In other news I finally managed to put together a decent spike team? It's not by any means an incredible one, but holy shit it does a lot of damage if I don't fuck up the orb combinations. I've been running it with whatever dark friend leaders have good multipliers but the best one by far was when I got the blue sub Okuninushi as a friend leader - holy FUCK two Okuninushi leaders do incredible damage. wow. for reference: Leader is Roaming National Founder, Okuninushi and the subs are Massive Brave Blade Zweihander, Purple Sky Fruit Grape Dragon, Thanatos Elemental of True Death, and Snow Globe Dragon Noir. Though I'm thinking of replacing the snow globe with Loki once I actually bother to level him up
i'm absolutely terrible at most spike teams, so i tend to go for tank teams. dqxq leader + friend is an easy 16x for the weekend dungeon and other tricolors, though.
i don't have anyone with enough health for a tank team, i think....definitely not enough to, as you put it, take a nuke to the face. at least with the spike team, i know approximately how much damage i can do and how many turns it will take me on average to make /certain/ i get enough combos...basically, if i can clear a dungeon provided i don't do something dumb. and if i panic about whether or not i can clear a dungeon with just the spiking, i bring along a healer just in case and half sort of a half-hearted almost spike team. it works, for pretty much any non-descended dungeon ( i don't dare try descended dungeons yet) though tbh i haven't actually tried the hardest version of each daily dungeon....i should do that.
i've got a maxed out red odin and a few other maxed out gods, i can run that team with either a green odin friend to nerf the big booms, or another red odin (or other hp multiplier) to get hitpoints in the 50 k range, which not a lot of bosses can bite through. it is slow as fucko, tho. :P edit: also does decent red damage, but don't run a red odin team against a blue dungeon it will take FOR EV AR

Godfest results: A griffin rider, Kali.... and another fucking griffin rider. :| eta fused the little jerks and they didn't even get a skill up, even with the x3 chance. booo.
I got an Artemis! I used most of my gems on box expansions earlier this week, so I'm working on getting a couple more so I can get a second pull
