This song (Aishite Aishite Aishite) has always struck me as a dysfunctional spades-ish kind of a song. Despite the fact it's about a necklace. Edit: The video's kinda flashy and violent, just a heads-up. total vocaloid trash
Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons has been giving me Epic Tragic Pale Romance Feels for the past couple days: I'm bleeding out So if the last thing that I do Is bring you down I'll bleed out for you So I bare my skin And I count my sins And I close my eyes And I take it in I'm bleeding out I'm bleeding out for you, for you. I bet "moirail is tragically murdered by their partner in the process of stopping them from doing something horrible that they would regret forever" is a trope in Alternian media :D
...oh hey, a song that fits for one of my characters and the ruins of a moirallegiance she had with a childhood friend. (There was no flipping; just quiet resentment on the part of my character, as she patiently waited to outlive the childhood friend.)
Oh yes! And considered tragically romantic. Despite the primary lesson one should be taking from it is "well, that was dysfunctional and the moirail should've called for help". (A lot like Romeo and Juliet, really.)
