Silvereye 89 White Paladin Traverses The Cosmos

Swordspoint by Ellen Kushner. Basically: imagine Game of Thrones in a slightly later time period, on a city scale (so there's more politics by politicking and rather less politics by war/murderization) and pretty much everyone is bi at least.

Seconding the Craft Sequence rec. The specific book with trans protagonist is Full Fathom Five.

Gabriel's city by Laylah Hunter is good. The stranger by Rachel Manija Brown and Sherwood Smith and its sequels are fun young adult novels with various combinations of trans and queer characters set in a post apocalyptic Western type setting. Also none of the characters are white as far as I remember.

@kmoss The main characters aren't, but the second book has casual background gayness.

It's actually a comic but Exquisite Corpse by Pénélope Bagieu has bisexuals in it. It's a rather short and fun read, I think.

Dragonoak trilogy! (Well, two books are out so far, here's the first.)

It's so great! It is fantasy and has lots of queer characters and trans and nonbinary characters (and also lots of poc) and it's all just - it's all very 'this is just how the world is', it's not a Book About Being Gay, it just has gay/bi/pan/grey-ace/trans/nonbinary characters, and that's just all perfectly normal. And it has a really great plot. And it's also good about disability and just aaaaaaaaah
