So now we know that when solomon was talking about the world he was in with zaid, its actually his home world! and i cant help but to be amused that he put two suns there even tho it originally only had one. i cannot WAIT until the next page to find out what kind of righteous hellrage he went on

i ALSO find it VERY interesting that he seems to be so male in his lineage right now, but here incubus refers to him having specifically daughters. it would be very interesting thematically, then, if allison ended up his successor- like one of his daughters may have, way in the past.

anyways im emo abt solomon now, god. NONE of the demiurges are gonna have happy backstories, are they. it makes sense bc who could be happy and seek that sort of power but like, still?

It's interesting that they spend so much effort on maintaining the exclusivity of Ki Rata.

ki rata is basically the most destructive martial art there has been or ever will be. those arts are the nuclear weapons to everyone else's guns, in a world where you can already become capable of destroying armies through enlightenment. basically the only reason the monks even exist is to make sure no one but them knows it, and THEY only know it to fight anyone who might figure it out on their own.
