I've spent the past fortnight having nightmares and they've got so bad I'm now waking up more tired than I went to sleep because being scared is exhausting. I don't know how to make them stop. They're probably period-related so all I can do is wait.

My childhood teddy bear is a raggy mess and I don't dare hug him in case his head falls off and I feel awful because I ruined a perfectly good toy. Doing something practical about it, though - looking up doll hospitals and asked Mum to pay for his restoration for my birthday.

 

This was yesterday but, fuckin nausicaa man. Its such a beautiful movie, and it was my first ghibli film so its hell of nostalgic

 

I'm not crying but I'd feel much better if I was :( I don't know how to make it start.
