Unfortunately I spoiled things by taking photos instead of providing belly rubs.

He's called Oscar - he's one of my Dad's cats. 90% of the time he's a ball of anxiety and yelling, but the rest of the time he's the most affectionate cat I've known.

 

Clearly he's anxious because he was asking for belly rubs and you cruelly denied him.
