    this is keith

    barb and i share this magnificent dirt goblin. she feeds him and takes care of his bugs, and i maintain his enclosure and take care of his plants.

    he is VERY ROUND and is a quiet friend who mostly basks, but gets very excited at feeding time and demonstrates he is not yet too fat to hop and scramble.

    (because its name is Percy Shelley, I will refer to snail as 'he'.)

    He's an immigrant, came in on a punnet of Egyptian strawberries. As far as can tell he's an Eobania vermiculata (closed umbilicus and turned-back shell lip) and Scottish weather is quite different to their normal conditions, i don't think he would have survived if I dumped him outside. He's been with me since January 2017 now.

    His likes are cucumber and chewing my cuticles, and falling off the side of his tank cause apparently all snails are just like that.
