Someone put an ad up on Facebook for a beardie that their daughter got but didn’t really take care of. So since we were close by we picked her up and brought her home. She’s a bit small and skinny for her age but we’ll fatten her up.

With the ear sticking out like that, this is a distinctly pear-shaped lump of cat

 

I was thinking fuzzy turkey but it didn't seem quite right - pear is definitely the better fit

 

and here is my sibling’s cat Angus doing that thing he does

cats can have as many bones as they want

sometimes it's two (flop over) and sometimes it's many (walk on you with hard little feet)

 

Sometimes it's just joints so he can stand on your chest in the middle of the night and put his acursed cat ankles DIRECTLY in your diaphragm with every ounce of his fat ass

 

that’s not even as far as he goes

The vertebral column can be a liquid if it likes

cats are like water that way - sometimes they flop and flow to fill the space, sometimes they are frozen enough for bones

 

Daisy got too hot on our walk yesterday, so she flopped down in a puddle and wouldn't move until she'd cooled off

Day 2 of operation wiggly baby -

Gave the children some spinch and they Monch upon it

Then they reach max speed wiggle and cannot be captured upon films like tiny baby cryptids

(I caught them night before last at the local canal, and research suggests that yes this is at least 90% percent legal - so long as I neither trade or sell them I'm good - and they're voted most likely to be bufo bufo, the European common toad. I am doing ALL THE RESEARCH I CAN as I go I'm determined to raise the one thing that's given me movitation and hope these last couple months :D)
