The other day I saw a cat with a fascinating coat: about half of her was pure white, but the other half looked like grey spotted tabby of some sort, and the halves were mottled together much like how a spotted cow looks. The grey tabby part was over her hindquarters and a bit on her sides and back, and the top of her head ...

 

Is this a very tired friend, or a sad friend who wants things from you and is sad at not getting them?

 

I don't know. My mom sent it to me last night, I'm not home right now (though I will be home for the summer in less than a week!)

I've moved him to my bed, but have a record of the 30+ minutes the small friend spent on my lap

 

"what's up, buddy? why are you barking like a real dog?" asks one of the roomies, after the small friend makes a little warbling howlbarking sound at a neighbor in the driveway.

We've had several different house guests over the last week and it's a lot of fun to watch different people lose their minds over this guy.

Update: I finally managed to extract my arm, and she gave this annoyed little 'mraow!' like I'd just stolen her food bowl in the middle of her dinner. She sulked for the rest of the night ^^;;;
