tbh, i'm used to poncho meaning a waterproof plastic type deal that you buy at a park when you've forgotten your rain coat at home, & i forget that it actually means something completely different. i am silly for not realizing that. i am also 1000000% on board with pirate update. give pharah a Literal Cannon 2k16 e. wait no make torb's gun the Literal Cannon
Hello, I'm here to brag. Today i bullied a pair of Tracers so hard as Roadhog. Had them stalled at spawn on Route 66, and I just kept hooking their Tracers right out the door. Hooked one of them on top of her own pulse bomb then died while I was laughing. 72% hook accuracy! That's the highest I've ever gotten!
In order to keep up the demand for loot crates Blizzard has to create new loot on a regular basis, so they'll be creating events with matching silly games all the time. Can't wait to see the Hallowe'en themed event, because there will be.
I just got PotG as Junkrat by dying in the middle of a friendly Zarya's ult, and my death bombs getting a triple kill. I'm oddly proud.
The best Junkrat death-bomb I've ever seen was him dying high above the payload on Dorado during the approach to the second point (where there's that overhang above) and his death grenades raining down on the entire team standing on the point. I don't think many died, but it was just beautiful.
Played 6 Mercys on attack, and naturally we lost super hard, but. I dunno, I got the same kind of sour feeling I get when people in skirmishes crowd the "enemy" spawn and kill people who are just goofing off. I guess I just don't get why people would get anything out of pushing hard for kills when the other team isn't even trying? I dunno, they did the dickhead thing where they went all Reapers and Winstons and crowded our spawn, and the minute we made a half decent push they brought in a Lucio, and it's like, what's this win even mean to you?? The hell you pushing so hard for?
My teams keep losing the quick play and brawl matches I'm in and of course this is making me worry that it's my fault for dragging the team down cuz I'm such a terrible player bluh guess it's back to playing against AI
@raginghearts one player doesn't make or break the team! like, first off I'm sure you're not as bad as you think you are, but even if you were: my team has won matches where i LITERALLY didn't do a n y t h i n g. i'm not exaggerating, i intentionally started and ended that game with 0 in everything except deaths and they still kicked ass without me. neither losses nor wins can be entirely attributed to one player, it is not your fault if your team loses. (also: losing several games in a row isn't rare, nor a sign of personal weakness. it's just a thing that happens sometimes. you're ok)
Yeah, it's a team game. One guy doesn't make or break it. Hell, you can all be absolutely great at what you're doing and still lose if you ain't working together. Or if your team comp sucks. And it's okay! It's a game. All that matters is you have a good time with it, yeh? Like, I've played my best in games we've handily lost and utterly tanked games we've won. It happens.
So for those of you (like me) who missed a lot of the stuff on the Sombra ARG, here's a nice video explaining what all went down. Spoiler: Theory mentioned at the end of vid And at the end he mentions that the connections to 76 could imply that Sombra is his daughter. I... really like this theory. Like, really really like this theory. It explains all of the weird and seemingly unrelated connections that 76 has to Dorado and why he was there during his short.
so someone, in one of my games today, switched to sombra. as in it read that in the chat. w h a t. interesting to note that they switched from 76 to sombra, & the hero portrait stayed as 76.
I've heard of people doing it from Roadhog and Reaper too. Apparently there's a way to do it, but I have bo idea how.
So, i didn't know that ARG stood for alternate reality game, so I've just been thinking that people were really irritated about Sombra for some reason.
