I had my first successful-ish twitch stream today. Quite a few technical difficulties, that took me a full hour and a half to sort out. But I think I have everything worked out, and I'm looking forward to streaming every Monday. Hopefully my laptop can handle it. https://www.twitch.tv/oozeclues
I didn't realize my voice was that deep sounding??? or that my stream was that jerky. It's like my internet was really slow. Later on in my stream there's an echo and it's really distracting.
I am so easily distracted and it's funny. I was rambling about my favorite pokemon and got distracted by what may or may not have been tiny bees in the minecraft modpack.
A (sort of) step by step guide for those who use streamlabs obs and are looking for a tutorial. https://howto.streamlabs.com/streamlabs-obs-19/getting-started-with-streamlabs-obs-28
Planning on streaming today around 2. I'm going to try playing The Last Door again. I've adjusted my streamlabs setting so hopefully the stream won't be so slow.
Gifting subs to people so I can get a pokemon named after me in pokemon sword. https://www.twitch.tv/lomadiah I don't really subscribe to people but I really like Hannah so...
Hey guess who's an idiot? It's me! I couldn't hear my own audio when I was trying to stream, and I didn't realize I had my twitch stream muted hahahaha! I'm so angry.
Another stream down with no technical difficulties! Im still a bit afraid to tweet it out but maybe I should start, I might gain followers? I went for about 2 and a half hours which wasn’t bad, but I don’t see how anyone could do it for longer than that.
Ok had some audio issues in my last stream where the game audio was really loud. I'll be streaming again today at 2, and I'll try to finish up the last door.
This time instead of game audio being too loud there was no game audio at all! Hahahaha problem solved! :) I think I might drop streamlabs obs for something else at this point, but I don't know what. I need something more simple than streamlabs. Or to find better guides to figuring out technical difficulties. Whenever I google how to fix a thing the explanation is too complicated for me to understand. There's a lot of technical terms and half the time I'm fumbling around in options trying to figure out what the fuck anyone is talking about.
Ok I went back and rewatched yesterdays stream and discovered that for the first half when I was playing The Last Door I had game footage. When I switched to a different game I no longer had game footage??? I hate this! Why is this so hard?
