You're right that I do know all the words you don't want our classmates to learn, but I would've taught someone who would use them properly--not in class--and I would've taught them a better word than that one, and the reason you caught me teaching that stoner girl the words for 'weed' outside of class was that I overheard her wondering if she should take the risk and try and bring it with her because she didn't even know what it was called in Japanese!)

and the pre/post are just that this is a pre-assessment and there will be a post assessment, so it's slang in referring to it, essentially. that one doesn't particularly require student interaction, I guess

also, yep, site as location works perf

 

if there's something for before and after? Or, conversely, just using pre-assessment & post-assessment.

Mostly, I wanted to include that line because
a. I want to make sure the same information is on the english survey form and any other language survey form. It's a little thing, but I want to be sure everyone has the same information even if they're uncomfortable with the language.
b. it also needs to be on the form so that we can enter the information into our systems.

Both of these reasons can be worked around if I remove pre/post, so if it's an issue re: translation, it absolutely isn't a part of the survey as much as it's an ID marker for this batch of surveys, and we can remove it.
