We mostly got pretty good at negotiating with sapient inhabitants. And Brick apparently made friends with the last rad roach they ran into.

 

...I ain't the negotiator in our group, flirty inclinations aside, but yeah, sapients're the easier sort. Nonsapients kinda get... big an' aggro as all get-out on our planet. Noooot much friendmakin' t'do there, I still have all my original limbs an' I wanna keep it that way.

 

I'm not necessarily the best negotiator either, typically. This particular mission, though, I heard someone commenting on the medical symbols on my vehicle, though, and put two and two together, and as it turns out you can buy an awful lot of goodwill through medical care.
