That is the tendency, yes. I'm rather cool in comparison to Porrim. Certainly when compared to, say, Damara. In theory anyway. My first-hand evidence is limited.

The only thing I find disappointing is the lack of killing thus far. I do not offer my services freely, and am capable of...terminating...the contract at any time, should I ever feel he is useless and unwilling to kill anyone. He lacks Nothings, so there would be no benefit from this occurring.

But I am a patient revolver, and will give him plenty of time to cooperate.

 

I was about to ask whether you had some connection to Khorne, but that addendum made that unlikely.

That depends on how many Nothings he has collected. If he has less than 30, then he shall die a second and final death. If he has between 30 and 60 Nothings, then we shall...negotiate...the end of the contract, although he will surely lack sufficient power to negotiate terms that are favorable to him. If he were to acquire over 60, then he might have a chance of negotiating a full return to the land of the living, reversing the entirety of his doubledeath, not just the second one.

But still, I'm a tough negotiator.

There is a massive difference between robotic people and a cursed item, even a cursed item with sentience.

 

Cursed? This is simply how my species functions. Personally, I find this relationship mutually beneficial. I get the bloodbath I want, and he gets the vengeance he desires. The contract might end with his doubledeath, but he has already died once to begin with, and it's not as if he would have stayed alive in the dream bubbles forever. Everyone there hates him. He didn't actually lose anything by agreeing to it, I think.

 

The alien doesn't need to die just because we don't understand it. It hasn't actually hurt anyone in here, notice, not even with its words.
