Certain colonies appear to have different data, but most forged from Cybertron were fully developed adults within a few days, and any cold constructed were built with adult frames and expected to immediately start providing to society with little to no education.

And that isn't getting into the mess of second wave constructed cold. Three minute lifespan average, built to be thrown in the war machine-- even if my life wasn't ideal, at least I had an expectation of one.

We've got no way of properly building our species as a whole either, since I don't think there have been any new hot spots outside of colonial titans and all of the frozen sparks are thawed or dead.
