Refractor doesn't have to see me, but I would appreciate it if he saw someone. Triage has spoken to me about taking many of the Decepticon who would be uncomfortable with my treatment into his care.

Refractor didn't just randomly attack a stranger.

Refractor attacked someone who was harassing a sexual assault survivor and insisting that rape is "free sex" for the victim while also maintaining that it doesn't matter whether people abuse animals for fun if they are going to kill them for food later.

Nobody was particularly upset by Refractor's action at the time because most of us were having similar impulses. I think the reason he survived as long as he did was that none of the rest of us thought we could succeed, due to the nature of the mindscape.

The mindscape being what it is, you can certainly create whatever you need to fix Refractor. Or you can tell me what you need. I probably have it in the dreamscape shadow of my own home.
