I'm not Vosian, mind, you'd get a much better explanation from someone who actually had to deal with it head-on instead of every couple of cycles. Visions stay in the eyrie and take care of sparklings, Actions do all the actual physical work, Orders sit on their afts and live like senators. And yeah, sure, there's probably people who liked their "Primus-given" role, just like there were some drills who liked minework and some transports who didn't mind getting worked to the struts as long as they got to fly. Doesn't make everyone else being forced to fit those molds any better-- even if you didn't trine up, there'd always be some nasty slagger making everything difficult for you if you didn't play by their rules.

Pardon my bringing this up, Captain, but you aren't exactly the fighting type of mech.
