He extends all his tentacles and his neck, beak gaping open to reveal rows of pointed teeth, and goes to-

Hah, the bookish types usually have a topic about which they can talk your ear off if you can find it, but if information dumps aren't your thing, then I can't help you.
Except maybe by telling you to steer clear of the four-eyed organic over there (She motions at @Kite from the library), it's one of those. Lots of stories to tell, though.
