Oh no, oh no, no, no. I love my country I do not have a lover in any of the magisters of Tevinter, and I far from love the Divine. Oh no not at all, though thank you for the laugh. In fact, my lover is markedly not from Tevinter.

Would wine work? I think wine is acceptable.

 

Vintage?

 

Which do you want? I could get you some Ferelden or Tevinter wine, really any vintage.
(The Tevinter wine is better. Fereldens seem to have a taste for pure alcohol.)

 

I confess, I have heard of neither. The best wine I have tasted comes from France. -idly imagines up a glass of such-

 

I-- France? Hm, well. *Imagines up a fancily wrapped bottle of Teventer wine, a good vintage too, then places it on a rather darling table that also was imagined into existence. Then proceeds to 'make' himself a glass of wine.*

I've never heard of that place, I only know of a few places. Antiva, Ferelden, Nevarra, Orlais, Par Vollen, and Tevinter. There are more, but most of them are inconsequential.

 

Strange. I might suggest we perhaps come from different worlds, as I am certain none of those exist in mine. The empire would surely have discovered them by now.

Why, this is not bad. Better than some beverages I have tasted.

 

*Itch hacks up the biggest, gloppiest, most nauseating shade of green loogie she can manage, and coats her hands with it. Theresa's NICELY GROOMED BUN is going down if it's the last thing she does.*

 

The same can be said for yours! It reminds me of Orlesian wine, a bit of the same notes. This is, of course, a good thing as Orlais is quite a beautiful place. Cold though.

I have not been lucky enough to travel much abroad. You sound like you have had quite the journey, however.

He watches this in awe and silence, though he is quite ready to defend his lady wife should she need it. She never does but it is nice to pretend he has usefulness to her beyond being her throne.

 

Yes, indeed I have. Saving the world, helping the Herald of Andraste, closing a giant breach in the sky, fighting a mad magister who is more darkspawn than anything... All the while traveling into cold places to also fight dragons of all things.
