Cartoons are really cool of they have a badass grandpa in them. I would give anything to watch a show like that.

Perhaps. But as long as people exist, hurt is always a possibility; I would much rather know how to help when injury, physical or emotional, occurs than stick my helm in the mud and pretend everything's sunshine and crystals.

 

Hurt is a part of life. You grow from it. Learn. Understand the boundaries of what you are and, with enough dedication, perhaps find a way around them. It is the root of ingenuity and its beauty.

...Some hurt is unnecessary. Some isn't.

That being said, I wouldn't even begin to know what to do with myself in a world like that.

Yes, truly. Learn from my mistakes, sweetspark. And as Silverburst said, getting hurt is always a possibility. Even here - if I'm not paying enough attention to exert my will to not be hurt, I still believe I can be, if that makes sense.

 

But... hm. Can I learn how to fix hurt?

What wouldn't you do when there is no risk to get hurt or hurt others? Then you can try all the things!
