I don't really know how it's done! I was pretty young for a lot of the Science and sedated for the rest. The files are still back at Lone Star but I'm not gonna go back unless I really have to. I know it's related to how certain psychics can override organic minds and input commands, but different 'cause it's tech for me.

I don't use it on anyone/thing that talks back though! That would be really rude. Lyra sometimes psychic-overrides people 'cause she doesn't talk much and yeah, it's rude. She doesn't really Get It though. She's learning.
