We got culling, but it got a different definition. This definition being "killed".
Caste defines what jobs you can take, a gigantic, ancient machine created for the sole purpose of conquest. You kill, or you die.

Culling is decided at latest at Ascension, but quite a few don't even make it that far. And the overtly weakly ones are weeded out in the caverns either way.

Yeah its pretty phucked up. I guess there are some psionics who do alright in the Phleet even iph they arent helms but I was never gonna be one oph them. I got my own out though.
