Someone with unusual powers, little maturity, and no guiding adult that I can see is attempting to manipulate things to her liking, I believe is the longer one.

I have two children by my creator deity and I consider the ones my conjunx has with the destruction deity to be under my care as well - along with the children he and I have together, of course. This is a normal stage of development in my home dimension.
