Also, if it's a dream I hardly see that as a time to relax! More one to observe. Granted, I can't see how a girl giving me a silly hat might apply to premonitions.

...This really is a good place to emotionally relax. I'm normally a lot angrier than this. It's nice not being mad at everything.

No, I suppose that it's not nice at all though it can feel it at times. Even then, it's not very pleasant at all. Those sorts of things have a way of getting away from you; anger, fear, hate, suffering. You can set them down though. It is hard, but the fact that they move at all is why they can be quieted.

-he is terrible at that, his head screams at him. terrible, terrible, bad, bad. There Is No Emotion, Only Peace. but we're bad at that. he is smiling these thoughts cycling through his mind or no though-

I wasn't accusing you of not making an effort, necessarily. Nor shaming you for feeling them. However, I hardly know you so general advice, even if perhaps obvious, seemed the route to go.
