The magic powers bit seems a bit obvious now. Though I've no idea how yours function. The Force is a sort of, well, essence within all living things. Some give off more of it and are more aware of its existence. To others it's so slight that they may even doubt it exists at all. What I do is a manipulation of that essence, either in myself or around me.
