You could get almost anything, really. I've done ladders on the spike - though I wouldn't recommend those with the biolights - barbells through it, rings on the lips - someone wanted a whole set that could be laced shut, that was fun. You took good care of the node piercing, I see. I could just swap that out for something heavier - many people enjoy the increased sensation once it's healed properly, though you'll want to save it for special occasions. I think you might enjoy a barbell through the head - it's very aesthetically pleasing, and I could give you matching jewelry.

 

I appreciate the expert advice but I'm pretty sure the traditional drunk party piercing choice is "just frag me up" :P Especially since it won't last past waking up y'know?
