I'm Alex Metzger. I'm from the same universe as Smuggy McSkunkhair, Tantrum Man, and the tiny juicebox peddler. We're all from Michigan during the year 2020.

And Juice has never sold you a juicebox. Money doesn't matter here, so they've been giving them away for free, so what's your point?

 

Quite. Only reason I had my wrist plating bulked up-- didn't have enough structural integrity to properly mount anything. [He tilts his hand down, a (relatively, for giant robots) slim blade slipping out of what should be cable space in his wrist. The edge seems iridescent, though whether it's the metal itself or some sort of coating is hard to tell.]

[Doesn't that sound familiar. Afterglow shrugs.] Everyone has their boundaries, and some people are simply unusually charitable. I wouldn't go poking about for those boundaries, but we are different people.

Alex is better at this; she conjures up a bright shiny golden bubble with a couch and a couple of chairs inside around herself, her brother and @Wilhelm, and floats it up and away. Nobody else can hear or see what goes on inside the bubble.
