To come up with an orgy, all you need is multiple people who are attracted to each other. That's what orgies are made of. And in here, that's pretty easy, since lots of people come here.

A waterpark, however... you have to make one. Make it out of nothing. And before you make it, you have to get the idea for it. Think, "oh, I'd like a waterpark" and design the waterpark. Or, if you're in the real world, get in your car, get your money, and go to one.
