Oh my god why is it so precious when dudes are passed out with a baby on them? *Snickers a little* She's so cute though! The other two are cute too, but Jezebel there takes the cute crown.

 

"We can't eat them," Ford says quietly. "We have to eat things that were once alive, like plants or animals. But rubies do look very pretty, if you can see with your eyes. Still, no excuse for tearing up someone's home."

 

"Thanks!" Lissa laughs. "Tate and Lilah were not too sure about acquiring a baby sister in their teens. But she convinced them. Jessie was just that adorable. I loved the way she'd clench her little fists in the fur on his chest and he never, not once complained..."

 

"Pretty without eyes too. I also eat meat, mostly bones. Animals usually, but only if I'm near the surface. Plants though, not for eating simply for smelling. Or using to get animals." The tip of his tail twitched as he considers for a moment. "If this is a dream, then are you the dream or I?"

 

Aw! I'd probably complain a little, not gonna lie. *Laughs and grins at her* I mean, Jordi is a very hairy man so I bet he's going to learn the regret associated with that.

 

"When people dream, sometimes their spirits go wandering outside their bodies. This is one of the places they go." Ford smiles. "So we're both dreaming spirits. Dreams here, and real in our own worlds, but not in each other's."

Ford smiles wryly at both of them. "No point in complaining. Kits are deaf as well as blind until their eyes and ears open. They also can't retract their claws, but I can't complain, I wasn't the one who had to give birth to her. You really should find out how feline your children are going to be, insofar as you can...or at least be prepared for either alternative."

 

Stone grunted and then seemed to ponder something, "Then who dreams the dream that we're the dream of?"

 

Even then, babies just don't care. I mean... I'd ask Jordi about the whole 'how feline are they?' if my assumptions about Dream Jordi are true, but he seems to be a little uh?? Anyhow, neither of us remember crap when we wake up. When I do remember things it's mostly the bits where I'm a cat.

[jade pops into the rave in a flash of green light, and looks around. after a moment, she notices the...beautiful knitted creation on vector's shoulder]

"You are such a cute cat." Lissa smiles. "Sometimes people are particoloured, and that's just adorable. I'm not sure how I got less striping than my sister did, because we have the same genes, but Ford says epigenetics is a thing." She flips through the scrapbook. "This is when Jessie opened her eyes. She was only four days old! I was so freaked out. That's not normal for kits. I can't believe they stayed so blue, but then his eyes are very blue as well."

 

"Some people would say God," Ford says. "My counterpart would almost certainly say that." He makes a face. "I just think people wander when they dream. This place is still here, when we're not."

 

-DOG returns! He stands a safe distance away from Marcus and barks a congratulation. He's wearing his service dog vest this time.-

"Hi! Letha, do I remember that right?" Lissa is waving but then she stares at her hand. What is she even doing. That girl can't see her!

"That's right!" Lissa holds her hand out to be sniffed.
