Sure! (Fwiw, there's pretty much nothing canon about Velocitronian jets and we've had plenty of AU versions of characters if you don't want to bother with DT-canon. If you're interested tho, I can lay out what I've got written out?)

Given that a) racing is the paramount of everything, b) all of the big name racers are cars which can't really match the speed of even slow airplanes, and c) we've never seen a jet onscreen from Velocitron, DT canon speculates that fliers are pretty much barred from racing.

And since it seems like there might be multiple cities, not just the one on the Titan, running across the expanse of BURNING/FREEZING HELLSCAPE it would be pretty reasonable to have couriers that could cross that! Which aren't cars, because ground vehicles can't maintain the speed and endurance for that.

So: mail fleet! With combination big, slow carriers, smaller mail jets, and the occasional Really Fucking Fast jet that can streak across the sky at Mach 5, no problem. But because they're barred form racing, the very vital mailfleet is treated a bit like shit, since they belong the the class below racers and racing affiliates.

i wanted her to be from racer planet even if she doesnt live there anymore, and sorta-compatible with dt canon for reasons, partially because hey why not.
she's on the fast side of the fliers but has an interceptor build atm, might be something she picked up where she's now.
