Yeah, the basic principle of 'the dose makes the poison' applies to anything that has effects on the body when ingested. But she's teasing a bit, too, because obviously that doesn't make every medicine a poison, haha!

go for it if you want. he can't do anything that strong on anyone who isn't another him, so he can't really stop them. normally the bard powers are just a mental suggestion but because cronus is 1. pretty weak-minded and 2. gullible as all hell he's able to have a lot more influence.
