Sorry for passing out last night without finishing conversations. D.Va is fun to play, now that I'm developing her backstory and personality (oddly enough, "hell" and "a mess" fit quite well).

 

Also I never decided what the fun police looked like but I am officially declaring that they appear as red and blue light, unless you are inclined to to look very closely or have senses tuned for the divine or supernatural, in which case they are everywhere and nowhere at once and give people headaches.

 

It's okay, her meka just got adopted by a broody transformer :p

 

I should probably clarify that @Redux Glass is... 18-ish? but also super blind and super not used to it. Hence her mistaking Whisperwind for a wall. :P

There are actually a ton of Gravity Falls memes with Ford repeating Cave Johnson lines because they're both scientists and neither one of them is very tightly wrapped. And there are some people (not me obviously) who have headcanoned that they were the same person, in different timelines/dimensions...or, not.

 

Whisper is also mostly mute (entirely mute outside the Rave), and uses floating pastel text to communicate in ravespace unless someone makes him forget (read: pisses him off or enchants him enough) that he hasn't got a voicebox anymore :p Getting them to communicate will be Interesting.

 

Oh whoops I guess Reed probably wouldn't have noticed Whisper talking then, eheh. Well, there's still the hum. Hmm, now I have to start plotting how to get Reed to emerge... if she sticks around for long enough she might come out for food or tea!

 

He's not Lacuna levels of mute so he still makes various robot noises (fans, metal impact/hydraulics if he moves, etc), but yeah :p The hum got written in specifically so there was something for her to hear tho so that works!

 

Yes, but now Geargrind is aware it's supposed to be rude and given what he knows of organics 'rude' and 'obscene' are often interchangeable. :P
