I use them yes. Though eith my rp accoybts i havent filled anything besides age gender and location.

 

I usually put something smartass in the gender box. Also sometimes a bit of info in the free box.

 

Evidently we need some kind of general standard for where to put info, if people are getting confused

 

Hm. I probably wont stick anything in any of my robits, but I might actually stick some stuff about New Haven in Marcus's profile, and probably Helios's DA:I pathing in his. It does tend to get lost in the OOC thread, doesn't it.

 

I'd be fine with a profile thread. I refuse to use signatures for it.

 

I still thing account profile. Simply because that´s what they´re For, and you don´t have to dig to find the info for the character you´re looking for. I am however also in favor of making ap rofile at all being optional, so the SPR can stay low stress.

I blocked the Clown after the kick-the-cat stuff in... late 2? Early 3? His posts were generally not something I was interested in interacting with anyway and whoever was playing the cat seemed chill with it, so I just blocked instead of raising a fuss [shrug]

Re: character info, I thought that was what the ooc thread was partly for? But posts do get lost easily... iunno. Agreed that it should be an optional thing, whatever gets decided on.

 

I am honestly 100% too lazy and Bad At Prioritizing Info, to just whip up descriptions, beyond the snappy ones I put in my subaccount list

Yeah on thought profile pages (the built in ones) are prob best. Keeps viewing optional and is easy to track / view. I tried it with one chara and just didn't think anyone paid attention to profiles :x

ETA: I think a profile thread would easily get lost and be hard on newcomers

I can't keep the setting on because I use Kintsugi on a lot of different computers and it seems to toggle on and off, so it's easier to keep it off.

 

I am sad that nobody looks at personal details because some of the ones I have done are quite informative and elaborate... :(
