Rough Wizards IN SPACE sketch of Cho and Marietta, head navigators/pilots, to fly me to the moon by frank sinatra. Forgive the half-assed armor.
The first part of my "lesbian thieves break into super secure places in inappropriate beach wear and post photos on social media tagged #vacation #secondhoneymoon" line art is done! Not happy with her left foot, but I'll get back to it.
never happy when i realize i've just done a flat composition when i'm going for more completely composed scenes these days, but i just wanted to give them cute outfits and Dad a funny hat...
Are we supposed to be going “holy shit what is that is it about to go INTO his head” or is that just because it’s not fully drawn
I’m working on a kind of ambitious project. I want to make a little aluminum statue of one of my friends to give him as a gift when he gets an award in a couple months. First step was making a little clay positive. That happened today. Spoiler: He turned out pretty well! Yesterday I tried a more dynamic pose and did a much worse job. Spoiler: Legs too short, arms too long, head too big I’m deciding whether or not to keep this one for my own collection, or just throw it away.
Doing some photo studies. This one I'm trying to work on my ability to eyeball things without sketching or anything first. It was supposed to be just simple blobs, but then the crosshatching started and welp. Cheating a bit with the eyes, as seen in last picture: moved the image to be copied much much closer to the work area.
