first professional hair cut I have gotten since I was... 19? I want to say 19. Over a decade. I'm going to go back and get it colored too, but it feels so much better to have the hair gone. I feel more like me :3

I got up and styled the shit out of myself just because I got my makeup order in, and I couldn't not play with my entirely too appropriate new lipstick



Now I'm gonna climb back into my bed throne and noodle around uselessly on the internet, but at least I will be fine as heck while I do it.

A family friend had a Star Wars-themed birthday party today and we were informed that "dressing up is encouraged" so two of my siblings went in their very nice padawan outfits that they made for the premier of TFA, while I went as "something Star Wars-ish" ft. eyeliner, the tabard from my Benedictine novice costume, a sister's headband and three and a half pairs of clip-on-earrings.

...I may have found myself creating a Star Wars OC to fit the clothes half an hour into wearing them.

Thanks! I threw it together in about an hour from things I already had and a few things (black undershirt, belt, headband) from my sisters. I'm pretty happy with the result and want an excuse to wear it some more.

Also I just made a huge post about the as-yet-nameless OC over here. ^^

 

I took advantage of actually feeling somewhat positive about my appearance to take some selfies. FEAST THINE EYES. Or don't, whatever.
