With Merle Highchurch, for nebulous reasons. I think a lot of TMBG stuff fits the general tone of the Adventure Zone. I think I associate this one with Merle mostly cause the whole "let's get over it, and let's get this over with" thing. Seems like a very Merle philosophy to me.

I actually saw a TAZ animatic for that song! I've not listened to much of it (TAZ, I mean) so I can't really say if it fits or not, but it's worth looking it up on YouTube if you're interested! (also a++ jam, one of my faves off that album tbh. and if the general tone of taz is anything like tmbg, i need to hear more.) EDIT: Relatedly, the song kinda gives me Amethyst vibes and I cannot explain why. The chorus especially.
