god I’m so fucking excited for the story beats hinted at

“we go our separate ways” yeah RIGHT actually you’re gonna realize that being close friends makes you better at being a hero and a person, even though it hurts sometimes

eta: also more bart! more jaime! more static! more cassie! i think I caught a glimpse of tim doin a flip! ahhhhh im so excited to get more of this story, it’s so good

I was hoping for glimpses at M’gann and Kaldur, but iirc their voice actors signed on for the show so hopefully they’ll be around.

Perhaps M’gann got another haircut that will be dramatically revealed

 

Yeah - Khary Payton's been doing a lot of hyping the show, and there've been offhand mentions of Kaldur in the interviews, so.

and my guess is not haircut but white martian skin.

i have been yelling about season 3 in my bijou blogette thread for like a week! do you have thoughts? come yell with me!

(i posted it in my own thread instead of here because i had...a lot...of thoughts and didn't want to spam and kill this communal thread)

 

Oh I'm deeply concerned about everything, I've just been mostly talking about it on discord... I have extreme fondness for tara, I think depending on how the finale or s4 go this might be my favorite take on her?

Also, theory for the s4 worldstate:

• a shitton of completely league unaffiliated teams, either totally independent hometown hero ones inspired by the Outsiders or government/corporation sponsored ones
  • There have always been independent heroes, but they don't usually organize into groups of more than 3 unless they're family
  • The league is still the strongest and most established group but increasingly they are a minority, they don't speak for the community
• More and more metahumans living civilian lives as best they can
• Thanagar and whatever other planets it can get along plan to blockade or occupy Earth to sort out this problem once and for all

I also absolutely love Halo and how Artemis has become, basically, team mom-teacher, calm and supportive and encouraging while still being one of the toughest on the team.
