Natural ones? Nope. Legend has it that way in the past there were more of them, but if they existed they're gone now.

As for artificial ones? Insanely difficult to create, but definitely not impossible. Theoretically the cannibals could have created more than the one we'll eventually see, but it's not likely--the cannibal population mostly stays on their own turf, and if they have bothered to pop another one up somewhere, nobody's found it.
