I discovered an interesting thing today, which is that the reason Optimus sounds exactly the same in every single English thing he's voiced in is that it's all the same guy. (Or at least, a lot of the time it is! I think TFA is an exception, at least.) This has bothered me for way longer than it should but now I know the answer.

But... nobody had bothered to tell him that Smokescreen was going to save Optimus and he'd recover and all, so Optimus's surprise recovery was a huge, awesome surprise for the guy, and he was apparently so, so happy about it! And three, more trivia! I was looking up the people chilling on Luna 1, because I have a memory like a sieve until a character engraves themself on my heart. Which Outrigger and Cerebros just did. And apparently, Outrigger is from Crystal City and the Circle of Light and all, and just chose to stay and chill after Tyrest tried harvesting the Circle for body parts and murder victims. I love that, because it seems like most of the characters featured from the city are these Noble Warrior types, but now we've got this brown, battered guy who likes to go mountaineering titaneering and has a video blog thing with sixteen subscribers that he's so adorably into, and I love it. Also, there is apparently more stuff to do with Sovereign and company? I went to a wiki page that I thought was going to be an older nineties continuity or something, but it had a July 2016 publishing date listed. I think it might maybe be a prose story to go with Titans Return??? I'm very confused and too tired to untangle it right now, so I'm just all @_@ Also there seems to be a character named Apeface. (I'm going to add him to my new ship pile. Apeface/Giggernaut/Fucksaurus poly adventure time) edit: ahh, Titans Return: The Power Of The Titan Masters was apparently a booklet given away at SDCC 2016. But I'm looking at the trivia bullet points, and continuity seems to be double extra tangled here. ALSO also, Cerebros was the one who sent Swerve the engex shipment that kicked off the holiday special, so we canonically have him to thank for that whole issue and everything to do with the babby. Just an additional trivia point to add to the Cerebros-is-my-new-favorite trivia pile.
