Because it was a picture of miko and sari that reminded me of this, and then I was thinking that wow, you know what, the girl kids that transformers introduces (in the continuities i've consumed) are always so fascinating in terms of 'okay, she is this given Child Archetype, but who will she grow up to be?' And honestly? You can make a case for Carly being on the wiggly edge of adulthood given how fluffy the g1 timeline is, but the only one we get to see grow up is Verity. And even then, 16-mid-20s wouldn't be the same as seeing Sari go from her intro to full-on adulthood. And Miko would be cool too. And then..... what if they did a smooch :V or just a selfie, i wasn't up for navigating smooch logistics (and also given how little i've drawn for so long I really wanted to check that I remembered at least a little of how to draw humans, because... yeah, it's been a while.
