entirely aside from being excited for Devastation, it's been so neat to watch them get better at animating their trailers while staying true to the style of the individual card art pieces used

 

I was a casual player from about the Scars of Mirrodin to Return to Ravnica. I was terrible at deckbuilding on my own, but I had a friend who I played with who would help me out so I ended up being fairly decent at it in the end. I was the kind of person who never grew out of the 'mono blue mill deck' stage.

 

I want to get into this, but money. Might pick up a cheap intro pack at some point and fill in the gaps with decent commons...
