my OC, Meaty Hands, started off as a joke when i was drawing some rando griffin for an art project and drew its bird feet kinda thick
and for some reason i just said "meaty hands" out loud while i was sketchin it
it isn't unusual for me to mutter stuff while drawing or w/e but ...........meaty hands
and now i'm drawin a gryph with really thick feet and laughing why am i like this

(The point is im dying from laughter and i just snorted. I have no idea why this is inherently funny to me but IT FUCKING IS)

I saw a post about intrusive thoughts that included the example "ooh ee ooh ah ah ting tang eat that cardboard"
and for whatever reason, every time i read it, it's the Witch Doctor song (like, exact tone, background music, everything) and then loses the music and drops in tone a lot for "eat that cardboard".

My colleague wrote a sentence quoting someone about how the electoral college was created to keep demi gods from being elected.

We figured out that he'd actually mis-transcribed the word "demagogues"

Edit: ppfffff i didnt see it at first but he also wrote something about "a demi-god like Donald Trump"

And another coworker didnt know they were two different words. I mean, i had to look up the definition of demagogue but ive never mistaken it for demi god??
