At least the chest isn't like. Tiny. It almost seems too small, honestly.
The pose is substantially impractical, but probably possible. (Hey, it's Land, so it's probably traced.)

On the other hand, the *angle* is wrong. The left leg is faced away in like an L-shape, but the... surfboard? is straight.

 

If she had her other arm (where did it go???) on the invisible surfboard, it'd be an okay pose. I think he must have moved the reference pose's arm back behind her for the shot but didn't account for the fact that's the limb she'd be braced on.

 

My guess is he traced it from two women in different poses and cobbled it together and that's why she doesn't have a pelvis.

 

I can kind of see what he’s going for, but unfortunately what he’s going for is Bird afaict and humans just don’t balance that way

 

She looks like she is about to badly injure her ankle at any moment, or maybe just fall over, if those lines in the background indicate any momentum. Don’t turn your leg in and balance sexily on the ball of your foot while braking, kids. It’s not a very stable position.

I don’t think that position is exactly totally impossible? I can get into an approximation, though getting my knee up at the side of my chest and turning my foot in and arching it at the same time only really makes sense if I assume I’m trying not to slide sideways, towards the page if you’re looking at her. In that case, my other arm is bracing me, and it’s tucked in really tight behind my back leg. My problem with this is mostly her near shoulder tbh. If she’s in a situation where it makes sense to move her front leg into such a difficult, very tense position, why is her arm thrown casually back? It looks like spaghetti flopping around in her wake. Her shoulder should be much tighter or her leg should be way less tense. Maybe it’s not impossible, at least discounting the anatomy complications introduced by the side boob, but it seems extremely unlikely. And the proportions seem off.

 

If it was traced, I’m gonna guess the model was probably wearing heels.

Eta: Haha, actually this pose suddenly makes SO much more sense if you just postulate the existence of heels. Her front leg is no longer required to be ridiculously tense to get into that position, it’s a pretty natural direction for your ankle to slouch. It explains why on earth she’s balancing on the balls of both feet even though it doesn’t just look dumb, it looks thoroughly bizarre. It explains why she might need her other hand to be right behind her foot for best support even if she isn’t sliding to the side. And it probably even explains why the near arm is tossed decoratively behind her.
